Benedict’s Well

Please BE with us during Benedict’s Well this Monday at 9 am BST on Zoom with Live Streaming on YouTube.

Monday 8 February

Among those who go by the teachings of Martin Luther King (i.e. The Lutheran Church), there are the Evangelicals who believe in the supremacy of the Bible, with emphasis on the sacrifice of Jesus for the salvation of humanity, and importantly, demonstrate their faith through missionary work and social reform. A living example of this faith practice is our inspirational speaker for the February 8 Benedict’s Well, Fr. Tauno Toompuu. He will speak on Experiencing Grace – Christian Meditation through Lutheran Lenses.

Fr. Tauno Toompuu introduces himself as follows:

“I am a priest and dean in the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church. I have been practicing Christian Meditation less than a year now but doing this in different areas – my own spiritual life, serving with mentally disable persons, and in my parish. I am also a postulant on the oblate way with WCCM”

Ana Christina Moraes Azevedo(Brazil) will give a testimonial about her practice of Christian Meditation. Pat Hay (UK, Oblate) and Budi Adianto (Indonesia) as prayer leaders will help build the sacred space of Benedict’s Well.
